Julie is making Mokume Gane rings, earrings, and pendants.

The Japanese invented this layering process of metals centuries ago. Mokume Gane (mock-ooo-may gahn-nay) literally means "Tree Eye Metal" because they duplicated the beauty of wood grains using metal.

This pendant is set in Argentium silver and accented with a white sapphire. It can go home with you for $180.00.

The mokume Julie used in these pieces is made of Argentium silver and copper.

These earrings are $115.00

Lucky me - I know the boss. She made the ring pictured at the top FOR ME! Here is what it looks like on my finger. The rings will be $240 to $280 each depending on the finger size and the width of the ring.
